2017年重阳节老年病主题精选

中国是世界上最大的老龄化国家，至2016年底，60岁及以上人口达2.3亿，占总人口16.7%； 65岁及以上人口达1.5亿，占总人口10.8%。中国老龄化的特点之一是慢病高发，在60岁及以上人群中，有高血压1.6亿，血脂紊乱1.2亿，糖尿病5千万，骨质疏松5千万，痴呆8百万，脑卒中7百万；而其中60%以上是共病（multiple chronic conditions，MCC）患者。因此，在老年医学研究领域中国面临的挑战可能会比任何国家都更严峻，了解世界前沿领域新知识的任务比任何国家都更迫切。

在2017年中国传统的重阳节前后，Springer Nature特邀解放军总医院老年心血管科主任医师、教授，中华医学会老年医学分会前任主任委员李小鹰从Nature Research的五本开放获取的期刊中遴选出15篇相关文章。内容涉及到衰老的机制与抗衰老的靶点；新技术新方法在老年病研究中的应用；Parkinson’s病和 Alzheimer’s病的发病机理、早期诊断指标和防治新靶点等。
